Sorting Zorba-type metals
Society’s growing use of electronic products has caused an explosion in the demand for the sorting of non-ferrous metals. Zorba-type non-ferrous metals come, in particular, from household appliances and crushed cars. This type of sorting is very important in a reclamation context because it greatly increases the value of reclaimed metals.
To be utilized, the fractions of non-ferrous metals must reach a high level of purity if they are to be significant with respect to their commercial value. To achieve this, we constantly improve the efficiency of our sorting and recycling technologies.
Using X-ray-based procedures accurately analyzes the composition of the materials and allows for the conservation of only the desired materials. A second process perfects this sorting and separates desired materials in a more precise manner. The amount of resalable materials is thus increased and their purity is significantly improved as well.

Sorting copper and brass
Copper and brass are among the most common materials in the reclamation of non-ferrous metals.
We use an X-ray procedure to extract and separate them into very distinct materials. Our technologies complete this task with great precision, yielding a high degree of purity.
We reclaim the fine metal particles by efficiently detecting and sorting copper or brass particles. We thus eliminate undesirable materials in order to raise value in remaining products.
